Investment-Technological Alliance was established by Intel, Microsoft and the National Union of business angels Non-commercial Partnership on February 8, 2008. The Memorandum of the Alliance is the principal document regulating its activity and interactions of the partners.

              The Alliance is a voluntary integration of entities interested in dynamic growth of the IT market and aimed at providing support to promising innovative companies. 

              The Alliance’s activity is coordinated by the National Union of business angels Non-commercial Partnership “.

              Currently, “Alliance ROSNO Asset Management” and ABRT venture funds, as well as the Agency for innovative entrepreneurship development of the city of Moscow have joined the Alliance. 

              The Presentation of the Investment-Technological Alliance was held on March 13, 2008.
