The RUSSBA Program is intended to assist to business angels and venture funds in reinforcing management at the companies invested in. During their apprenticeship period, the participants will:
ATTENTION! If a participant of the Program has his own innovative project, then RUSSBA will provide an opportunity to prepare it, in the framework of the apprenticeship course and using RUSSBA technology, for investing and present it to potential investors. RUSSBA experts will provide assistance in the project “package”.
The personnel development Program consists of two Subprograms: "Energy” and "Experience”. "Experience" implies involvement of experienced businessmen who have withdrawn from active business for whatever reasons, corporate top-managers, executives (who have either retired or closed down their businesses, or those who wish to participate in the innovative business development concurrently with their major activity) as experts, consultants, managers and co-owners of innovative companies. |
