• Small innovative company directors and/or
• Representatives of business angels at the Boards of Directors of companies which were invested in, and/or
• Managers with seed or venture investment funds, and/or  
• Managers of business angel networks, and/or  
• Business co-owners, 
• Other executives.

              The RUSSBA Program is intended to assist to business angels and venture funds in reinforcing management at the companies invested in.     

During their apprenticeship period, the participants will:

•  Master the technology of selection, valuation and preparation of projects up to the level of their preparedness for investments, to be presented to investors at presentation sessions;
• Improve their qualifications during seminars, training courses and master classes, conferences, Round Tables and other events which involve professionals such as entrepreneurs, business angels, venture investors, experts with governmental entities, market analysts, representatives of business incubators, technology parks,  lawyers and consultants in other areas;  
• Have an opportunity to gain analytical skills, prepare and publish several articles, give interviews to business-oriented media, deliver a report or a notification at the conference, etc.;
• Have an opportunity to undergo an apprenticeship course in the acting innovative companies at their early stages.    

    ATTENTION! If a participant of the Program has his own innovative project, then RUSSBA will provide an opportunity to prepare it, in the framework of the apprenticeship course and using RUSSBA technology, for investing and present it to potential investors. RUSSBA experts will provide assistance in the project “package”.  

The personnel development Program consists of two Subprograms:

"Energy” and "Experience”.
